Starters
Canapés – Choose 4
- Fillet of beef, served in a homemade Yorkshire pudding with horseradish cream
- Vegetable spring rolls, served with a homemade chilli dip
- Chicken satay skewers, served with a peanut dipping sauce
- Smoked salmon and asparagus roulade, served with cream cheese and a lemon and dill dressing
- Mini vegetable tarts with a herb crumb
- Mini chipolata sausages, served in a honey and mustard dressing
- Wild mushroom crostini’s, served with fresh garlic and herbs
- Chicken tikka filo pastry cups, served with a yoghurt dressing
- Goats cheese and beetroot tarts, served with hollandaise
- Pulled brisket of beef, served with horseradish cream and homemade pickle
- Chunky vegetable skewers, marinated overnight and cooked to perfection
- Mini minted lamb kofte kebabs, served with mint yoghurt
Main Course
Choose two meat options -
- Roast Sirloin of beef, cooked to accommodate all pallets
- Slow roast brisket of beef, hand rubbed with our homemade marinade and slowly roasted for 10 hours
- Whole Chickens, cooked to perfection with golden skin
- Pulled lamb, hand rubbed and slowly roasted for 10 hours with plenty of garlic and rosemary
- Tender free range pork, cooked one of two ways to ensure it’s exactly how you like it
- Whole Smoked Salmon, cooked to perfection and accompanied with various summer decorations
All Served With the following accompaniments -
- A freshly prepared vegetarian option of either, homemade vegetable lasagne or chunky vegetable and halloumi skewers, served with a mint yoghurt dressing
- A selection of bread rolls and wraps
- Either baby new potatoes dressed in fresh herb butter, roasted baby new potatoes with garlic, thyme and rosemary or freshly cooked jacket potatoes
- Sage and onion stuffing, made using the meat juices
- A mixture of seasonal vegetables, dressed in butter

- All to be served with a selection of sauces
Dessert
Choose two -
- Homemade Apple crumble, served with vanilla infused custard
- A selection of individual cheesecakes, served with fresh fruit and cream
- Fresh summer pudding, served with sharp berries and freshly whipped cream
- Profiteroles, served drizzled with Belgium chocolate sauce and strawberries
- Chocolate gateaux, served with raspberry cream
- Carrot cake, served with fresh fruit and white chocolate sauce
- Fresh fruit salad
The above menu is to be served onto high quality china crockery with proper cutlery rolled in napkins. All serving tables with freshly laid table cloths, serving utensils and a skilled chef to prepare and cook your chosen menu is included in the price. Skilled waiting staff will be provided to serve canapés, main course, dessert and a reception drink purchased by the client. All rubbish to be taken off site and disposed of by Absolute Catering Services.
