Starters
Canapés – Choose 4
- Fillet of beef, served in a homemade Yorkshire pudding with horseradish cream
- Vegetable money parcels, served with a mint yogurt dip
- Chicken and chorizo skewers, served with a lemon marinade
- Smoked salmon, served en croute with fresh dill and lemon
- Mini vegetarian stir fry, served on a cracker with a soy dressing
- BBQ pulled pork cones, served with homemade apple sauce
- Chicken and red pepper skewers, served with a tomato dip
- Award winning Sussex charmer cheese on toast
- Mini chipolata sausages, served in a honey and mustard dressing
- Hallloumi and tomato skewers, served with olives
Main Course
Choose two meat options -
- Roast Sirloin of beef, cooked to accommodate all pallets
- Slow roast brisket of beef, hand rubbed with our homemade marinade and slowly roasted for 10 hours
- Whole Chickens, cooked to perfection with golden skin
- Pulled lamb, hand rubbed and slowly roasted for 10 hours with plenty of garlic and rosemary
- Tender free range pork, cooked one of two ways to ensure it’s exactly how you like it.
All Served With the following accompaniments -
- A freshly prepared vegetarian option of either, homemade vegetable lasagne or chunky vegetable and halloumi skewers, served with a mint yogurt dressing
- A selection of bread rolls and wraps
- Baby new potatoes, dressed in fresh herb butter
- Sage and onion stuffing, made using the meat juices
- A mixture of seasonal vegetables, dressed in butter

- A freshly prepared mixed salad
- Homemade lemon drizzle coleslaw
- Mediterranean pasta salad
- All to be served with a selection of sauces
The above menu is to be served onto high quality china plates with proper cutlery rolled in a napkin. All serving tables with freshly laid table cloths, serving utensils and a skilled chef to prepare and cook your chosen menu is included in the price. Skilled waiting staff will be provided to serve canapés and main course. All rubbish to be taken off site and disposed of by Absolute Catering Services.
